Great community with people that are genuinely interested in helping one another. Gym could be a little bit cleaner.

Truly a wonderful experience. The coaches are thorough, cautious, and supportive, and the workouts are excellent. I knew I was in the right place when a coach asked me to dial back the weight so I could concentrate more precisely on my form. It has none of the meat-head components I heard about before trying cross, and I couldn't recommend KMK more highly.
