Just took Coach Chloe’s class and it was awesome! Structured, yet easy to follow warm up. She was good about finding appropriate modifications for everyone based on their experience levels and giving corrections as needed. Definitely worth a try whether you are newer to fitness or an experienced CrossFitter!
I highly recommend CrossFit KOP! Really grateful I found this gym when I moved to the area last year. Great group of people and community with excellent coaching and programing. No matter your skill level or experience, you have a home here!

Aimee and her coaching staff are absolutely excellent! Everyone is super friendly and their knowledge and coaching skills are on point! I consider myself fortunate to not only have dropped in there on several occasions for classes, but to have learned from Aimee at several of their CrossFit seminars as well! Aimee is top notch when it comes to coaching and sharing her knowledge! It is evident that she has spent a considerable amount of time honing her craft as a coach.
