Patrick was so great at seeing where I was at and offering suggestions on how to scale due to a neck issue I’m dealing with and also helped me find some ways to find out what would help alleviate it. I felt like he was really looking out for what would be best for me and in my opinion that makes for a really great coach!
That's another Crossfit gym like many others! They are here to beat you up and don't care much about proper techniques. When you pay the amount of money and one of the coach is browsing on Insta... you know
Great energy, challenging (but scalable) and well designed workout, friendly and inviting environment.
Was very understanding of my inexperience, and was very helpful when it came to giving me tips on how to better my form and efficiency.
