CrossFit Key Largo is an awesome gym with the best community you could ask for. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. The programming is really well thought out - challenging, smart, and consistently helping you improve. Whether you’re local or dropping in, it’s one of the best CrossFit boxes around.
A great box. Super friendly and set up well for drop-ins. Following mayhem programming the coach, Vance, was really friendly and helpful. Really welcoming community. Ideal holiday workout.

Wife and I dropped in while on vacation and had a great time/workout. The staff and “regulars” were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend for a great workout and don’t forget the souvenir t-shirt!
Dropped in here two times once in the evening and once in the morning while journeying down to the lower keys. The coaches were all friendly. It’s a good deal too with a 24 hour gym attached if you want to do any supplemental training. Bought a shirt while I was there as well.
