Dropped in here two times once in the evening and once in the morning while journeying down to the lower keys. The coaches were all friendly. It’s a good deal too with a 24 hour gym attached if you want to do any supplemental training. Bought a shirt while I was there as well.
The employees are great! They have a CrossFit gym in the back and a normal gym up front, so you can get the best of both worlds. Used their gym while I was on vacation.
I am lucky to have found this box. Love this Crossfit Gym, the coaches are all attentive and the athletes are all very friendly. I have dropped in boxes all over the country (and out) and this box has a great warm family feeling as soon as you step in. Highly recommend if you are dropping in while on vacation.
Just joined our local crossfit less than 2 weeks ago and I love going there.It has all the weight equipment that I need for helping combat osteoporosis.And all the people i've encountered have been so friendly and helpful.
Great gym, super reasonable and easy to work with, i had a week long membership while on vacation up the road from here this summer
