Today was my first CrossFit coaching session with Ravee, and it was amazing! 💪 Ravee was super encouraging and patient, guiding me through each movement step by step. The workout was challenging but very motivating, and I could already feel myself getting stronger. I really appreciated how Ravee focused on my form and made sure I felt confident with every exercise.
Gym was clean and the coaching was well organized, well structured and cues for improvement were given frequently. Will definitely be stopping in again next time I’m in town.
