I joined CrossFit Kenmore 5 months ago. First I want to start off saying, I was a lazy desk job eat anything unhealthy freak. Because being lazy made me happy, eating anything unhealthy made me happy. But after 5 months. I can do one whole pull up. Why, you ask? Well I’m a lazy desk job person. Coaches are very kind and always give tips on how to improve my lifts. The community is wonderful, everyone encourages, pushes and cheers for each other. Overall, I highly recommend this gym!
