I joined CrossFit Kenmore 5 months ago. First I want to start off saying, I was a lazy desk job eat anything unhealthy freak. Because being lazy made me happy, eating anything unhealthy made me happy. But after 5 months. I can do one whole pull up. Why, you ask? Well I’m a lazy desk job person.
