My wife dragged me here (literally) as I was not keen on doing crossfit and I was very content being a fat-dad forever, but honestly a few days in I can say this place is amazing. I hate to say it but my wife was right this gym is the best. Facilities, coach chris, the people and everything about this place is A+++. Really encouraging and lovely bunch of people. Highly recommended.

Chris is probably the best trainer I’ve ever met such a great soul this guy , sadly due to distance I wouldn’t be able to train in this gym anymore. I love this place
