Training consists of showing moves at beginning of class. The rest is laughable... 'Coach' is on his phone and vaping throughout wods. Claims nobody wants to be coached.... Has made multiple women feel extremely uncomfortable, cry and even quit by talking about them in class with passive aggressive comments. Complete kook in the crossfit community. You've been warned.
I had a great experience dropping in here for 3 days while on vacation. Friendly community and nice space and quality coaching/workouts!
