Training consists of showing moves at beginning of class. After which the 'coach' is often on his phone or vaping during wods. Claims some members do not want to be coached but when I asked them if that's true they said they just think coach ignores them. Training consists of showing moves at beginning of class. The rest is laughable... 'Coach' is on his phone and vaping throughout wods. Claims nobody wants to be coached.... Has made multiple women feel extremely uncomfortable, cry and even quit by talking about them in class with passive aggressive comments. Complete kook in the crossfit community. You've been warned.
