Great vibes & great work outs
CrossFit Kawaihae is a great place to get fit and get support for your physical well being. The coaches will work with you on getting the best workout tailored for your needs. The pono vibe is also powerful, with the staff and athletes all supporting each other. The coaches plan fun activities year round, and we hang out and take group walks after our workouts. I have felt so embraced with camaraderie and aloha at CrossFit Kawaihae!

To be honest, CrossFit Kawaihae deserves to have more then 5 stars. Been doing CrossFit for about 8+ years and this gym is by far the best one. Very family oriented, caring, fun and the coaches there are very well educated in every movement. Also the one thing I noticed that most coaches in other gyms lack in is patience.
