I highly recommend UmiFitness. The coaches are approachable, skilled, and always willing to adapt workouts to suit different abilities or injuries. The other members are welcoming and encouraging. Together, this means UmiFitness is a very motivating and supportive training environment. It is the best gym!!!
I did about 10 sessions at UmiFitness while I was visiting a friend in Cairns. Great gym, new equipment and enjoyed the programming. Lots of fans to help with the heat. More important than anything, the community was great, super supportive and inclusive. Lots of strong women at the gym. Highly recommend!
A great place to workout, fantastic coaches and members. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. This is a fantastic place to start if you are looking to make long term changes to your health and fitness.
