Coaches are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and truly fun. I go to class for the expertise, community, and laughter. I have been doing CrossFit for 12 years and I learn new things every week. I am so fortunate to be a part of this CrossFit family!
Always great and supportive coaches watching form, offering tips, cues and scaleable options if needed. Exercise programming is great. Lastly, the friendly community and atmosphere at CrossFit Kakou is unmatched. I highly recommended this gym to anyone whether you are new to CrossFit or have plenty of experience!
A fabulous community of diverse people! Very family friendly! All of the coaches are experienced with changing workouts that accommodate all bodies and abilities! There is a wealth of knowledge and motivation at CrossFit Kakou! The kids CrossFit classes are ideal for active kids or kids looking to boost self-confidence! My experience at this CrossFit gym has been nothing less than exceptional!
I love it here! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! And Ashley was the coach and she’s amazing!
