Amazing gym
Amazing coaches and place to train. Coaches Hector, Lorilee, and Ashley are so good. They are knowledgeable, great teachers, and incredible with the community.
I dropped in for a class at CrossFit Kakou. Kakou has a welcoming and supportive community, great coaches, and a superb facility. Coach Ashley is top-notch; she has a ton of knowledge and experience. I will be back!
