Did a drop in for a week while working in Kenai. Was supposed to be 2 but I got wicked sick and had to forego. Great gym, great instructors, great group of folks! Really fun place.
Kainos is an amazing gym. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Brittney, the owner, truly cares about the members and it shows!

I like the instructors. They watch the class very carefully and make sure everyone is doing the workouts properly
