My kid is enrolled at crossfit k20 very quickly after starting we noticed our kid's confidence started growing more and more. He's usually a quiet kid around new people but the staff and program there have become his favourite place to be! The kids classes are fun and different every time. They are supportive and meet your kid where they are at physically while encouraging them to try new things!
CrossFit K2o isn’t just a great gym to workout in, it’s such an amazing community to be a part of. We’ve made so many good friends! The coaches are knowledgeable and patient - I always feel supported. And the environment is SO welcoming, you’re always greeted with a smile! I’m so happy I joined!
