Did a drop in here, met Paula, the owner, very welcoming, great facility. David was our coach and did a great job! Highly recommend dropping in if looking for a gym in the Tampa area!
Big gym with tons of equipment and well programmed workouts. Great for newcomers and experienced CrossFitters alike!
Never been there but saw a few hunks walking out of there .. They looked like real bodybuilders. The gym must be good
