We dropped in while we were in the area and this place is absolutely amazing. The people immediately made us feel like we were part of the family, the facility is top tier with lots of space and designated zones, and the response time if you have questions is almost immediate. Thank you to Shea (mgr), the coaches, and the athletes working out the day after FNL for a great experience and support while we did 26.1 on the road. If you’re looking for a place to join or just drop in, this is it!
frequently drop in to gyms on business travel. this is consistently the most inviting gym I get the pleasure to drop in to! Coaches are inviting, engaging, and always encouraging. Watching Shae work two rooms in the Metcon was an act of social art! The members extend a welcome handshake and make you feel like you have been there a hundred times. Just a FUN place to work out and meet GREAT people. One of, if not my favorite places to visit when on the road.

Can’t believe I haven’t dropped in sooner when I come home. Not often you drop in somewhere and immediately feel welcomed and comfortable. Awesome space with all the equipment you need and the coaching staff is top notch. Highly recommend if you’re local or just dropping in!
