I have been a member of CrossFit Ironworks for 10+ years. I have stuck with my workouts because the results are fantastic. I am 69 in the best shape of my life. I am and always have been the oldest member at this gym, but we are all equally challenged and successful in our daily workouts!! The owners are committed to our programming and coaching! It's really hard, as most wonderful things are!! Do it!!
