Enjoyed a first visit and drop-in class at CFIS yesterday - really good 3-part WOD, very nice people, and a great layout in the gym. Highly recommended!

The coaches make you feel welcomed from the start and are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful which made it a positive experience from the very beginning. The community members and coaches are very supportive no matter what your skill level is. I highly recommend Crossfit Ironspider to anyone wanting to be part of a super community🤩.
