I've been a member of Crossfit Ironspider for almost 7 years and its been great! When I joined I had zero experience with Crossfit. The coaches make you feel welcomed from the start and are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful which made it a positive experience from the very beginning. The community members and coaches are very supportive no matter what your skill level is. I highly recommend Crossfit Ironspider to anyone wanting to be part of a super community🤩.

Extremely welcoming. its nice to see all fitness levels catered to with phenomenal support from staff and members. Huge space with plenty of equipment. Don't be shy on this gym, you wont regret it.

Steve Dion is simply an amazing personal trainer. He has been customizing workouts for me over the past 3 years that increased my strength, stamina, and flexibility despite limitations caused by spine surgery and diabetic neuropathy. At 65, I’m still in the game thanks to Steve. Highest recommendation.
