Great atmosphere and instructor led classes that anyone can do with different scaling options. One of the best CrossFit gyms I have visited!
Best place to workout! Great staff and very clean facility!
Dropped in for a weekend WOD and everything was great - the facility, the coaching, the workout, but most of all the people. Love it when I can get to Iron Up!
