I really love this place! The gym is fully equipped, it is a great environment and the coaches are experienced and committed to the classes. They pay attention to each person and are always available to teach you the right technique. I feel motivated to workout and do my best and keep getting better! It is a good place for everyone to train, from beginners to experienced athletes.
I’m new the the CrossFit world and have felt right at home at this gym. The coaches have made me comfortable learning new lifts and are encouraging. I’m loving the workouts and the atmosphere!
