Crossfit Iron lion is my happy place. The coaching is exceptional, the people are awesome, and I always enjoy going. Blair and Luke have created an inclusive training space where you’re treated the same regardless whether you’re an amazing athlete or a normal fittish person like me. I 110% recommend Iron Lion.
As a new(ish) member at IronLion I have felt welcomed by knowledgeable/friendly trainers & nice/welcoming other members of the gym too! I would definitely recommend this crossfit gym to anyone either starting out new to crossfit, or anyone who lives and breathes crossfit already. They know how to create a challenging environment for all athletes & also how to create a gym climate that is positive & encouraging.
