If you have been wanting to give CrossFit a try, CrossFit Iron Horse is the place to do it! I have been a member for about one month and I am so glad that I found this gym. My experience with CrossFit Iron Horse….complete, and comprehensive! ALL the coaches are very helpful with correct movement of every workout and extremely patient. I’m 52 years young and learning new workouts and techniques to become mentally challenged and physically fit. All I have to do is show up, and I do!
Loved it here, all the coaches are amazing, the workouts are well balanced and fun. The community fostered at iron horse is unlike anywhere else!
