I have been going to CrossFit Iron Horse for 2 months now. I have always liked CrossFit style workouts, but I have been scared and intimidated. I am so glad I was brave enough to walk in to CFIH! They have taken the “scary” out of Crossfit for me! Every coach is kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Every coach and member is so welcoming. The coaches and the owner remember your name! I love this community! There is always someone to help me when needed and encourage me. They offer a wide variety of options to meet my goals as well. The environment is welcoming and so much fun.

This is the only CF gym I have been to and it is wonderful! The coaches are INCREDIBLE and very hands on! This is my favorite thing about this gym. They coach you the entire workout. 10/10 recommend! Also PT with Libby is a must!
