I’ve been a member of this gym for two years now, and it truly feels like something special. The owners are not just amazing at what they do, they’re genuinely kind, caring people. CFID truly demonstrates that Crossfit is for everyone. As an older member every class is scaled to my ability. I enjoy how varied the workouts are and most of all the support from the coaches and community. I have greatly benefitted from working with Deep Health Nutrition, one of the many services available, to improve my relationship with food and find a way of eating that is healthy and sustainable. Also the coffee from All About the Grind is fantastic.

I was always apprehensive with CrossFit to know if I’d enjoy it however I can firmly say that it is a great gym ran by fantastic people. The coaches let you adapt to a level that is challenging for you and they have formed a great community. Can’t recommend to anyone enough! Thanks to Kerry & Toby for all the support!
Great place and people. Been training for the last 5 months and I feel welcome by everyone. It's a great small community that makes you want to keep coming back and enjoy your sessions.
