I’ve been going to CrossFit iQ for 3 years, which is the longest committed relationship I’ve ever had—with a gym or otherwise. Coach Wayne is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help, whether you're a beginner or have been training for years. He somehow knows when to push you harder and when you're about to fake an injury to avoid burpees (he sees everything). He’s super helpful, always encouraging, and really knows his stuff. I had the absolute best experience at this CrossFit gym in West Palm Beach! I was visiting for two weeks and found this gem of a gym, and I honestly wish I could bring Wayne and Cindy back to my home state with me. From day one, they were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I love CrossFit IQ! It's been a little over a year that I've been going there. Coach Wayne is an incredible coach, knowledgeable, motivating, and he genuinely cares about the members success. I always feel challenged during the workout. He's not always just focused on the WOD but also on proper form and injury prevention, always answers questions and offers personalized advice.
