I had a great time dropping in at Inversion for the week. The coaches were great and accommodating and all the members were so welcoming. I was very happy to get to do an open workout here.
Finally back at CrossFit after 3 years postpartum! Matt makes the transition back feel safe and doable. Big fan of the 9:15 class so far 😅💪
Came to Anaheim for my spouse’s Hyrox race. Looked for local gyms close to the hotel (we did rent a car at LAX). This place popped up on the google search. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to sign the waiver and book classes through Push Press. The drop in rate is reasonable. The coaches and members are super friendly and very welcoming. Adam, Bernice and Dan are all great coaches! They are all super patient with helping beginners work on their form and explaining the moves. I appreciate the time they take to explain everything to make sure you get it.
