This is my regular drop in gym now when I'm in town, and I have tried several others. Coach Matt is great. Gym is very welcoming with a relaxed vibe. Plenty of equipment and easy to find off of Orangewood. Highly recommend!
Roses are red Violets are blue I love this gym And you will too! CrossFit says we come for the workouts and stay for the community, and it’s true here. Knowledgeable coaches that genuinely care about everyone’s progression regardless of level, and an amazing member group that supports and welcomes everyone. A great community needs a great facility, and this place delivers - plenty of high quality equipment for any workout and all the amenities you’d need. Overall 5 stars!
