I dropped in for a Saturday morning class. The workout was fun, and Tanya is an awesome coach. Look forward to dropping by in the future!
Absolutely loved dropping in at Intentional fitness. The people were fun and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and the coaching on point. Tanya led the classes and she was able to give specific feedback that really helped. She was also timely and professional. Loved the coaches and the people. Would highly encourage dropping in!!
Did a week while visiting family, it’s a welcoming, fun gym with friendly and knowledgeable coaches. Great programming for beginners to advanced! I will be going back!
What an awesome gym! Everyone here is fantastic! Great trainers and people that really care about your progress. Tons of great equipment, and the group classes are top notch.
I dropped in this week during a work trip and enjoyed the experience. The box is spacious, clean, and has excellent equipment that is well maintained. Farjana was a great coach and provided some humbling yet enjoyable workouts. Highly recommend this box to anyone who is looking to drop in or join a CrossFit gym
