We help people get unstuck! We are more than just a gym. From weight loss to private coaching, from Crossfit to Olympic lifting, from teen programs to older adults, we help everyone! We make getting healthy simple. We built a family gym that supports and encourages people's efforts to better themselves. We want you to move well and have fun. If you do that, you'll come back. I joined CrossFit Intent recently and could not have had a better experience, it’s not just a gym but a place where I have made friends. The workouts are designed to challenge you within your limits, the people are there to help you succeed with whatever your goals maybe.
I had never done crossfit before joining Crossfit Intent, and it has exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere and community are super welcoming, and the coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and always there for you! The workouts are always challenging but can be scaled to meet you where you're at. It's definitely worth checking out!!
