We help people get unstuck! We are more than just a gym. From weight loss to private coaching, from Crossfit to Olympic lifting, from teen programs to older adults, we help everyone! We make getting healthy simple. We built a family gym that supports and encourages people's efforts to better themselves. We want you to move well and have fun. If you do that, you'll come back. I had the pleasure of dropping into CrossFit Intent while visiting from out of town, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, the staff were welcoming and thorough. I highly recommend Crossfit Intent. It’s not just a gym but a community! The coaches and members are very welcoming, kind & encouraging! The workouts are challenging but can be tailored to meet your needs all while keeping you safe from injury!

Just started back at Crossfit Intent after a few years of no crossfit (or working out really) and have been loving every minute. The gym is very welcoming and has meet myself and my husband where we are at in our fitness journey. The coaches as very knowledgeable, not just about fitness, but health overall.
