CrossFit Intent has been an amazing place to get yo the next level on my fitness journey. I have going there for 4 months now and everyday I have learned something new about mobility or just new workouts. All of the coaches are beyond willing to help you learn and grow all while making you feel 100% comfortable with your fitness level. The “everyone is welcome” feeling is amazing. I will highly recommend this CrossFit gym to anyone that is interested in joining!

I joined CrossFit Intent recently and could not have had a better experience, it’s not just a gym but a place where I have made friends. The workouts are designed to challenge you within your limits, the people are there to help you succeed with whatever your goals maybe.
I had never done crossfit before joining Crossfit Intent, and it has exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere and community are super welcoming, and the coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and always there for you! The workouts are always challenging but can be scaled to meet you where you're at. It's definitely worth checking out!!
