Love Crossfit Insurgent! Been coming here for over 1 year. Great coaches, great people and love my 6am crew! Happy I joined met great people that I can call family. Just started Oly and coach Aaron is the best. Thanks Brian for a great place to workout!
I dropped into this box while I was in West Covina for work and the coach was very helpful and friendly. He made sure I knew what I was doing and felt comfortable getting equipment. The WOD was fun and the other members were very welcoming.

Been a member for almost 4 years now. Great programming, wonderful coaches. Anything you need to work on in your fitness journey, from beginner fitness to long time athlete, they got you here. Wonderful community of people always very welcoming to anyone that comes through the doors
