Couldn’t be more excited about this place! Thankful for the opportunity to come try it out for free and ended up falling in love with it! The people are encouraging and welcoming! Definitely recommend trying it out. You never know until you come try! Also shoutout to Colton for bringing me to the buddy workouts last week!

Going here was my first time trying CrossFit, I showed up just before 5pm class and was kindly greeted by Hannah, after asking how to join she told me about the 3 day trial which is great! I attended that class and was hooked, I have been going here for a week now it is great! The coaches are very good at helping you learn new exercises and helping you have good form especially if your new! I’ve never worked out like this but the coaching has be great, teaching and correcting things I’m doing to make good habits.
