Thoroughly enjoyed working out at this gym. The trainers are all knowledgeable and friendly, and management is quick to respond to concerns. This gym did a great job welcoming my family, and I wish we got to spend more time working out here. If you’re on the fence, at least drop in and meet the people! The community is this gym’s biggest selling point, in my opinion. Shoutout to Kailey and Julia for always making my kids feel welcome!

If you’re anywhere near CrossFit Inland Valley, do yourself a favor and drop in. I was in the area from Central Oregon for a week on business and was hoping to find a CrossFit gym where I could pay a drop-in fee and take a few classes while away from home. I ended up going three times during my stay, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve been a member at CrossFit Inland Valley for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and overall wellbeing. This place is the real deal. First off, the fact that they’re open seven days a week says everything about their commitment to their members.
