I haven’t done cross-fit in years and wanted to get back into it after my pregnancy. My experience here at crossfit initiative has been top tier. The environment is so welcoming, clean and friendly. The owner Soupha, is an amazing instructor. I highly recommend of you’re looking to be in the best shape of your life!

CFI is a well run, embracing community. Great coaching, great workouts and a well outfitted CF gym. I enjoyed my time there and I highly recommend them.
