Had a great time dropping in here while visiting family in CT. Lovely people and great coaching. Huge space with a lot to offer! They have great and flexible class times as well.

Inguz should be your first stop if you're new to CrossFit, if you've been doing it a while, if you're an adaptive athlete, if you're not that into CF and just want to try their Move 45 classes—the list goes on.
