I have only been coming to CrossFit ingenuity for a little over a month, And knew nothing about CrossFit but I absolutely love it and felt immediately welcomed. The coaches are amazing. Nicole, Riley, Lindsay and everyone else Thank you. I if I had to pick my favorite part about CrossFit ingenuity it’s so easy to want to show up every day.
CrossFit Ingenuity is an awesome place to workout and receive nutrition support. I’ve been going to their CrossFit classes for about two years and my fitness level has improved substantially. I had no prior CrossFit experience and the coaches and community are super welcoming. Recently I worked with Nicole and completed the nutrition challenge. The added accountability and habits developed helped me lose 5 lbs and almost 2% body fat in just 28 days. Highly recommend this gym and nutrition program!!
Love CrossFit ingenuity and the people! There nutrition support program with Nicole and Riley are an extra bonus. The program they use helps hold you accountable on doing daily tasks.
I LOVE CrossFit Ingenuity! The coaches are incredibly supportive and truly give you the tools to improve no matter what level you’re at. Best gym! My home away from home for nearly five years. The entire coaching staff is great, and the owners are constantly working to make the gym even better. My wife and I have been to well over 30 gyms around the world and Ingenuity is our favorite!
