I went to CrossFit Influence to work with Jerimiah and his crew for their nutrition program. They are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I would recommend them if you are just starting out or are an individual who has experience. They are supportive and want to see every one of their members succeed. During my 4 months with them I was able to drop 30#’s, multiple inches all over and 7.5% body fat. Glad I made the choice to work with Jerimiah and CrossFit Influence!
I'm still pretty new, but I am loving CFI. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Coaches are always so helpful and encouraging. The progress I have already made is confirmation I made the right choice!
CrossFit Influence is a gym I look forward to going to everyday. I am benefiting from having all workouts planned and instructed to me, a motivating environment and such an awesome community of people all striving to improve their overall health & wellness by staying active and having fun. My favorite place!
I have been going a month now. Everyone is super encouraging!! The coaches are amazing at meeting you where you are!! I am actually enjoying working out. You won’t regret joining!!
