I joined CrossFit about three months ago looking for a lifestyle change. To say I found what I was looking for is an understatement. I feel better physically and it has helped my mental state in ways I can’t explain. It’s incredibly addicting! For anyone who says they can’t do it, you can!!! The coaches are absolutely amazing and guide you every step of the way! I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Influence!
I dropped in for a class while in the area for work and will definitely be back! Class was challenging but a blast and the people were as amazing as you'd expect. Totally recommend Crossfit Influence to anyone who's interested!
If you want to shred your fat and gain muscle or get fit and inshape this is the place to join. The workouts are great along with the awesome trainers and crossfitters
