Dropped in while visiting family in Williston. Coaches Jacob and Kaytee were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our workout was easily scalable to the necessary level. I’m used to stretching as a group in my home gym, would recommend getting there 5-10 minutes before class to stretch on your own. Overall, great gym. Clean, organized, easy to find equipment, coaches were welcoming and easy to talk to as a visitor. I would recommend to anyone and plan to be back when we visit family again in the fall/winter.
Great coaches!
Gym is Top Notch. Very personable and adaptive to your fitness level! Not one bad thing to say, everyone at gym is very helpful and motivating.
I really enjoy this gym. I never feel like I’m being compared to other athletes. They provide coaching and guidance that help make long term changes. Very positive people that see people not reps. Glad to have them in Williston.
