I did a drop-in workout today and was thoroughly impressed. The box is clean and well laid out, with an open floor area and plenty of natural light. The change rooms are spacious and clean, featuring ample bench seating and a great shower. Class instruction was top-notch. The warm-up (the 'buy-in') was varied and dynamic, while the WOD instruction was clear, with a strong emphasis on safety. I received several valuable 1-on-1 coaching tips during my workout.
