Really glad I joined CFI. The coaches are great at pushing you while still making workouts approachable no matter your fitness level. The community is what really sets it apart though, everybody is welcoming, encouraging, and always showing up for each other both in and outside the gym. I’m definitely not a morning person, but you won’t find me missing the 5:30am class at CFI. Definitely recommend it.
There are so many reasons why I’ve been a member of CFI for 15-ish years. Amazing athletes that I now call friends. Excellent coaches and programming that help me to become fit for life. I’ve survived aging and cancer while being a CFI athlete, and I can say working out at CFI is a key reason I’m able to do the things I do right now. If you’re looking for a gym home, or a place to become fit for life, to be part of a social and encouraging group of people, then CFI is the place for you! Come try it out!
Impulse truly is a place like no other. An owner and coaches that genuinely care about you, exceptional programming, and above all a world class community. Show up ready to work hard and you’ll be amazed where you end up.
Dropped in for a week- a great gym with some great people. Solid communication and got the drop in process figured out immediately. People are very welcoming and very encouraging. You don’t always feel the friendly push to keep going at new places but a sense of a great community is always easy to spot.
I joined this gym a couple weeks ago and have been pretty happy with it so far. The equipment is mostly up-to-date and there's usually plenty of machines free even during busy hours. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions or give a quick tip if you ask. I also like that they play decent music, keeps me motivated during workouts.
