Awesome gym! I dropped with some coworkers and we had a great experience. Coach Jordan was really welcoming and made us all feel very comfortable! I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

I dropped in for the first time yesterday, and although I was a bit nervous at first, that quickly turned into pure joy! Coach Mr. Ched’s coaching was fantastic—super clear and motivating—and everyone at the gym was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their encouragement helped me push through and complete the WOD. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Whether you’re just starting out or more experienced, I highly recommend CrossFit Impulse!
