More than just a “crossfit” gym. Great variety of classes including hyrox, circuit (bodybuilding style training), and Kidfit. Never miss a leg circuit day with Coach James! Also a great community environment. There is a class for all ages and experience levels. Check them out!
I’ve been a member of this gym since 2020, and it’s hands down one of the best fitness communities I’ve ever been a part of. The facility itself is top-notch spacious, well-equipped, and set up to accommodate a variety of training styles.
