Shoutout to my favorite coach, Bri Love her energy, and when it comes to barbell movements- she’s my girl. There’s different kinds of classes, circuit training, HYROX, MetCon, etc. If you are in Coral Springs, this is THE gym to be!
I absolutely love this gym! The energy here is unmatched! Every coach brings something special, and honestly, I can’t choose just one favorite! They all push you to be your best while keeping the workouts fun and motivating. The community is amazing, supportive, positive, and full of good vibes. I always leave feeling stronger and happier.
Visiting for the weekend and dropped in for a class. Such caring and welcoming staff (shoutout Tino and Rachel!!), very clean and well maintained equipment, great atmosphere, and of course an incredible workout! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!! Will definitely return when I’m back in the area again :)
I moved back to the Coral Springs area and wanted to join a gym. My friend and I tried 6 different places in the area and once we completed one workout here at immersion we knew we found our new home. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly and the members are just as welcoming! I’ve been here for about 5 months now and every time I go home I tell my family how happy I am to have found this gem. I highly recommend for all fitness levels!! I love this place!! Can’t believe the difference it’s made in my fitness life but also I found amazing friends that are like family now. If you need a place to work out have fun and make a new family you need to come and check this place out. 7 years later and I am still a member cheers to many more years of fitness, health, and friendships It's impossible for me to pick a favorite coach because each one of you has taught me so much throughout my CrossFit journey! They're all such an amazing part of my CrossFit family.
