I am a bit overweight and extremely out of shape so coming here was completely out of my comfort zone. However, I have been for two weeks now several times and never felt uncomfortable. The coaches and other people are extremely supportive and encouraging. I do not feel out of place here like I did at corporate gyms. I can fill my strength building and my endurance improving.
