I’ve been going to CrossFit Igneous for over five years now, and I can honestly say it’s an incredible place filled with incredible people. Matt does a phenomenal job running the gym — he truly pays attention to the needs of each member and focuses on what they want to accomplish during their time in class. I have been at Igneous for a little over a year and have nothing but positive things to say. Amazing coaches, programming and community! Matt the owner is so encouraging and welcoming! Come try it out!
Absolutely love this gym. Coach Matt would literally give the shirt of his back to anyone in need. Culture is amazing. Programming is able to push even the best athletes but also scalable for those that are learning and building strength and technique. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.
