I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Igneous. At 9 weeks postpartum with a new baby and toddler, I was nervous about going back into a gym, but the coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. Between the coaches and members, it is fun and safe environment for anyone to start or continue their fitness journey. Added bonus, is there is a childcare room with SO many toys. My toddler absolutely loves playing there.
My husband and I have now been coming here for a year and we can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Igneous. If you’re looking for a gym with an incredibly supportive community of people and coaches then this is your spot. They have intentional, challenging and creative daily workout programs that can be personalized to meet you at your fitness level. Coach Matt and his team make sure to celebrate you and what you accomplish everyday. Matt and Jess pour their heart and soul into their community and it shows. 🩷

One day I came in “just try it” and I never looked back. The coaches and the community make showing up worth it every time. I leave every workout less stressed, more focused, and honestly just happier. This place is like my therapy — but with more sweating and less talking haha :))
Intentional and mindful programming, knowledgeable and encouraging coaches, uplifting and welcoming community. What more can you ask for from a CrossFit gym!? Highly recommend CrossFit Igneous to anyone looking. Matt and Jess have such a passion for CrossFit, their members, and seeing people succeed in whatever their goals are whether it is to compete or just be a little bit stronger than the day before.
