I had the pleasure of dropping into CrossFit Igneous for a few days while in town. The gym is amazing—the coaching staff and members are incredibly welcoming. The space itself is wonderful (and beautiful), it has everything you’d want in a CF gym. Absolutely loved the WODs! Easily the best drop-in experience I’ve had.
Outstanding place to drop in. Super clean and organized gym. The people at the 730 are very friendly and welcoming. Real solid coach that pays attention and encourages. My go to place when I'm traveling the area .
I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Igneous. At 9 weeks postpartum with a new baby and toddler, I was nervous about going back into a gym, but the coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. Between the coaches and members, it is fun and safe environment for anyone to start or continue their fitness journey. Added bonus, is there is a childcare room with SO many toys. My toddler absolutely loves playing there.
My husband and I have now been coming here for a year and we can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Igneous. If you’re looking for a gym with an incredibly supportive community of people and coaches then this is your spot. They have intentional, challenging and creative daily workout programs that can be personalized to meet you at your fitness level. Coach Matt and his team make sure to celebrate you and what you accomplish everyday. Matt and Jess pour their heart and soul into their community and it shows. 🩷
Great gym, coaches, facility, and equipment! Did some drop in classes when traveling in the area. Highly recommend!
