I’ve been in Texas for a couple years and tried a few local CrossFit gyms …. CrossFit Igneous is by far the best in this area hands down! Coach Matt is the real MVP!

Whether you’ve been doing CrossFit for 10 years or this is day one. Igneous meets you exactly where you are at. Walking into a CrossFit gym can be intimidating but Igneous coaches and community eliminate this through their welcoming and friendly environment. You won’t find a better box. Best programming across the board. And this is coming from someone who thought I hate CrossFit prior to Igneous. It wasn’t CrossFit it was the gyms.
