I’ve been coming since 2018 and it’s always one of the best parts of my day. The coaches, community, and constantly different workouts are perfect!
CrossFit I.F. and the coaches that run it provide such a personal and motivating experience for absolutely anyone that wants to come be a part of it. I gave it a try for the first time two years ago and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I will be a Crossfitter for life thanks to Sandra and her team! If you're looking for a gym family that will encourage you, cheer for you, grow with you, and become like a second family, come check it out.
