I was vacationing and needed to get back into my fitness journey. I decided to take a class that was similar to the class that I do at home. It was the hyrox class. When I first got there, I was greeted and welcomed with open arms. The workout was three rounds with four level levels, which was basically for different exercises. Each exercise contained a couple of things to do. It was just what I needed to get back into the swing of things And I enjoyed every minute of it.!!! Definitely will do again when I’m back in Florida
