This is a great CrossFit gym for all types and levels of experience in the CrossFit space. The owners and coaches are awesome people and very personable. I am at a beginners level and have received tons of support/guidance so far. There’s also a spot for kids, which is extremely convenient for us. (5&7 years old). Highly recommend!
I had never done CrossFit before but showed up for the free trial classes and I was sold. Coaches give personalized instruction and feedback to help you learn the exercises and everyone is very welcoming. Highly recommend this gym!
I've been going to hyperion for almost 4 months, brand new to crossfit,never did all Olympic lifts and all sorts of the exercises that go on here . Every coach has taking the time to properly show me how to do every step, they watch you while hiding so you cant see them! They are always watching! Lol and they will help you through out the lifts and work out to help dial you in. The other crossfitters have been very helpful also ive been able to ask questions to everyone there. This gym is filled with so much fun and excitement. The coaches are always there to help. Lots of really strong and healthy people to work out with. Would recommend for all fitness levels. Thanks
