I always make it a point to drop into CrossFit Hyperion whenever I'm in town. As a previous member, I have struggled to find any gyms of the same caliber in my new home of Dallas, TX. The energy and community are unparalleled, and the owner does an incredible job of making those who are new, regulars, or those visitors like myself feel welcomed and included. You're guaranteed to get a great workout and leave feeling connected to something bigger than just a "gym".
This is a great CrossFit gym for all types and levels of experience in the CrossFit space. The owners and coaches are awesome people and very personable. I am at a beginners level and have received tons of support/guidance so far. There’s also a spot for kids, which is extremely convenient for us. (5&7 years old). Highly recommend!
I had never done CrossFit before but showed up for the free trial classes and I was sold. Coaches give personalized instruction and feedback to help you learn the exercises and everyone is very welcoming. Highly recommend this gym!
I've been going to hyperion for almost 4 months, brand new to crossfit,never did all Olympic lifts and all sorts of the exercises that go on here . Every coach has taking the time to properly show me how to do every step, they watch you while hiding so you cant see them! They are always watching!
