CrossFit Hydro is a great gym experience! Owner and head coach, Justin, is extremely knowledgeable and programs all of the workouts himself. All of the coaches are top notch and are there to help with movement technique, weight recommendations or just to push you when you need it. They make CrossFit fun, safe and approachable. I have seen great results. Clean gym and bathrooms, nice equipment and atmosphere. Check it out!
I was lucky enough to call this CrossFit my home gym for a year during a work assignment. I 100% reccomend CrossFit Hydro, each and every coach is attentive and I became good friends with many of them and the people who attend the classes. I learned a lot about different exercises and things about my own body I didn't know. I'll miss this place!
