CrossFit Hydro is the place to be to reach the next level of your fitness journey. The staff are unmatched, Justin and his team formulate amazing workouts, able to push even the best athletes. While also having all of the equipment and scaling to allow anyone to enjoy the exercise routines. They provide demonstrations and feedback to ensure the movements are understood, done properly, and safely. Really nice facility, all of the equipment is in excellent condition, and the other gym goers seem friendly and willing to help, especially if it's your first time doing CrossFit. Would give 6/5 stars if I could
