We cater to all levels and body types who share similar goals of enjoying the process and achieving lasting fitness results through consistency and hard work. I joined HUSH 2 months ago (October 2023) and my only regret is I wish I had joined sooner. The coaches and all the other members are very welcoming and helpful. I look forward to class everyday and I have never felt so motivated as I do now to take care of myself, both mentally and physically. I am gaining muscle and confidence and pushing myself to do more than I ever imagined I was capable of doing.
