Best CrossFit, functional fitness, high-intensity gym in the area. I have hit PRs in all my power lifts, Olympic lifts, unbroken gymnastic movements, and everything in between even after 15 years of training. Coach Fe & the entire staff @ CF Hui have literally changed my life. Since the moment I walked in, I’ve felt at home in a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment. As I get healthier, there is no judgement just knowledgeable tailoring of workouts to my skill level. I love the community of people that walk in ready to work & support each other. Can’t recommend this place and these people highly enough!!
If I could give a -5 stars I would. To hear and see a grown woman verbally abuse a woman who was with three young children ( basically still babies) was disgusting. For someone who should value wellness showed her community today that she does not care about mental wellness. These poor babies have now been traumatized by her foul mouth and aggressive behavior. She showed her true colors today. I only hope she reflects and seeks help for herself.
