This is an awesome CrossFit gym! Coaches are welcoming, upbeat, and great at teaching form. Members are friendly and equipment is in good condition. I go whenever I’m in Hilo.

Dropped in for one class and met three coaches, including Bryson. We initially came because they had classes across the day which accommodated our schedule. Great class, well organized and solid coaching and very welcoming! Would definitely come here again for another drop in!
Everything about CrossFit Huaka’i is amazing, I dropped in yesterday and was amazed by the hospitality and how friendly and welcoming everyone was, had an amazing workout and shake after, in addition to a tour of the gym. If you’re visiting and need a home away from home do yourself a favor and drop in. Thanks for the amazing experience and hopefully I’ll be back in the near future.
