I've been coming here for years and it's such a great community it's not just a gym, in the community we are all family! I've been growing up with these coaches and members and they are all very supportive and amazing people. Not to mention they are great at explaining, and showing the correct way to do the movements. This gym is made for anyone and I'm so glad I'm apart of it !
I had such a wonderful experience at this CrossFit gym while visiting Hawaii! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The programming was great, and it was one of the cleanest and most organized gyms I’ve ever visited. The owners and coaches were fantastic. I even joined the 65-and-up class, although I’m not in that age group, and everyone made me feel completely welcome. It was such a wonderful class, and I truly enjoyed my entire experience. I only wish I lived closer—I would go every day!

Dropped in at Crossfit Huakai and I like the environment going on at this box. The staff and members is very nice and welcoming. I signed up to be a member while im here for work. Looking forward to being apart of this box.
This is an awesome CrossFit gym! Coaches are welcoming, upbeat, and great at teaching form. Members are friendly and equipment is in good condition. I go whenever I’m in Hilo.
