I’ve always struggled to find a workout routine that fits my busy schedule, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found CrossFit HSE. From day one, I never felt pressured or judged—quite the opposite. The coaches and members are friendly, welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely supportive. It truly feels like a family. All I have to do is show up, and the team takes care of the rest. Recently joined and have nothing but incredible things to say about this gym. I relocated to Indiana from California this year and the community at this gym has been extremely welcoming. This is also my first CrossFit gym so it’s been nice to have support from both the members and coaches to guide me along the various workouts. Strongly recommend this gym for anyone in the area!
