Just moved from Chicago and wanted to find a new CrossFit gym and the HSE community has been so welcoming. Also the workouts have been fun and challenging.
This gym is fantastic! Friendly, educational, and fun. Would recommend it to everyone.

Nothing but excellent feedback for the gym. The coaches and community are helpful, supportive, and welcoming. It’s my first time joining a gym (and doing 90% of the workout movements) I have nothing but great things to say! If you’re like me and hesitant to get started because you don’t know what you’re doing. Don’t be! If you are more experienced athlete than I…it is also clear that this is a great place to be!

It creates an atmosphere of support and encouragement. The community is truly one-of-a-kind, and it's such a motivating environment to push yourself and grow.
