They are great at making workouts that push you. Very nice people
When you arrive here you'll be greeted by people and will make you feel welcome and then you'll never want to leave.
I dropped in to work out with a friend that is a regular while visiting. I have never done cross fit before and the instructor greeted me kindly and quickly assessed my capability level and coach me in the proper forms for the exercises. I wasn’t sure what to expect with cross fit but am glad I attended. I had a great time got a solid workout in and met some awesome folks in a great atmosphere. Thanks for the great workout!
