I dropped in to work out with a friend that is a regular while visiting. I have never done cross fit before and the instructor greeted me kindly and quickly assessed my capability level and coach me in the proper forms for the exercises. I wasn’t sure what to expect with cross fit but am glad I attended. I had a great time got a solid workout in and met some awesome folks in a great atmosphere. Thanks for the great workout!
