I've been with this group a bit over a year now. At first I was hesitant to come in, thinking it was like the crossfit back in long island.. I quickly found out it isn't! Every single person from coaches to members are so incredibly welcoming and encouraging. CrossFit Honesdale is such an amazing place. You sign up for a gym membership not knowing just how much you are going to gain (and it isn’t just muscles). The community is so welcoming and you truly and up with the most amazing group of friends. I had no clue what I was doing when it came to the gym, but the coaches will walk you through every little thing, as many times as you need.
