Coach Sara specifically watched me do a set of hang squat cleans during Part One today, and provided me specific feedback. Gave me an idea of how to practice dropping under the bar faster for long term improvement in the squat variations on Olympic lifts. I appreciated the individualized coaching.
Very well organized! I loved the name intros and a quick question of the day. The warm up was well designed. I had to scale due to getting back in the swing of things and Aime set up a challenging but doable full body workout.
Taylor is very welcoming, confident and thorough in her coaching! No matter the athletes skill level, she always has feedback and input for them. Love having her as a coach at CFH!
