Awesome CrossFit / HYROX gym with friendly community and flexible membership options. Coaches Connor and Hannah develop really great plans and offer recommendations from beginner to advanced.

When I retired from professional soccer, I didn't know where I would continue to train and build back my strength I had lost in my last few years of playing. Luckily I found Conor Oakley and Crossfit Hintonburg. It is a special community that uplifts everyone physically and mentally. Arguably the latter being more important, being a part of something. I didnt have the locker room anymore but now have the gym.
